What We Do

We know. We listen. We act.

Whether providing leadership for continuous improvement in member schools or technical assistance for new Middle/Early Colleges or Dual Enrollment Programs, we want to work with you!

Let our experienced educators from Middle and Early Colleges across the country help you implement a program that meets the needs of your unique students.

Technical Assistance

Technical assistance can be provided on a one-on-one basis by members of the Executive Team and can include help with the development of the Early College Plan, assistance with the MOU, and assistance with recruitment strategies. We can also help schools deepen the relationship with their partner college, a core design principle that often requires coaching by a principal or college administrator who knows the opportunities and pitfalls of both institutions. Another example of TA is assisting with hiring and orienting new staff, as well as developing a collaborative culture for problem solving.

Individualized Professional Development

Based on a school or district's specific needs, MCNC can develop a unique, targeted professional development program that can be delivered in writing, online, or in person. MCNC has an extensive and experienced network of consultants to provide these opportunities for staff to participate in ongoing professional development---an essential component of our culture of continuous improvement.

Annual Conferences

MCNC conferences are premier learning and growth opportunities for professionals and high school students alike. They provide opportunities for all members of the MCNC community to establish peer networks across the nation, develop leadership skills, and share best practices.
